our story

From baking at home, to moving cities to become a raw baker for a popular vegan friendly café in Hamilton, winning MKR 2018, Eden has come a long way to build her company Garden Of Eden Cakes.

Initially launching on her own, supplying wholesale to 3 cafes within Waikato and Bay Of Plenty, to now stocking over 30 cafes around New Zealand with just one employee, Eden’s hard work and passion has made GOE what it is today.

Recently opening a smoothie bar and bakery at her kitchen, Eden has now been able to interact first hand with the wonderful customers who HAVE HELPED MAKE GOE a sucess.
