Ordering

All cakes orders need to placed by Sunday night for shipping or pick up for that coming Thursday. All orders placed from Monday morning onwards will be ready the following week.

For example: An order placed on Sunday 1st Oct will be ready on the 6th of Oct.

You are more then welcome to place an order weeks or months ahead of the needed date. Just let us know if the selected date is not available on the website and we will pop it in our calendar. You are more than welcome to email or call Jel with any questions if need be.

Shipping

All cakes delivered outside of Hamilton are transported by frozen freight company Provida Foods. Each week all deliveries are collected from our kitchen on Thursday afternoons, where they are then processed at the Hamilton Depot and will be sent to according to Providas delivery schedule. So please allow up to 5-7 business days. We do recommend ordering a week beforehand to guarantee delivery on time for occasions.

All deliveries to the South Island may be delayed due to weather conditions also.

Please note, we only delivery to commercial addresses.

We currently cannot ship the Gisborne. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Hamilton delivery + Pick up

All deliveries within Hamilton and Cambridge will be delivered on Friday’s mid morning unless specified otherwise. As we have our shop open on Fridays 8-2pm we are limited on flexibility with deliveries early morning but if you have a specific time needed for delivery please let us know when ordering so we can try our best to accommodate you.

Pick ups are from our shop + kitchen on Thursday, Friday & Saturday at 3/32 Avalon Drive, Nawton, Hamilton.
